As an identity broker, WSO2 Identity Server supports integrating with a variety of User Stores. WSO2 Identity Server comes with an in-build LDAP and it acts as the primary user store. However, we can always plug any other user store such as Active Directory/ LDAP/ RDBMS as a secondary user store.

Where there are multiple user stores, managing them will be a challenging task. WSO2 Identity Server provides a set of capabilities to manage integrated user stores and Outbound User Provisioning is one of those useful features that come with WSO2 Identity Server.

In my previous screencast, I demonstrated how to integrate Active Directory with WSO2 Identity Server as a secondary user store and you can check it here — https://youtu.be/zhkwN8tr41k

In this screencast, I will demonstrate how to configure Outbound User Provisioning with WSO2 Identity Server and Active Directory.

Enjoy WSO2 Identity Server.
